TERMS OF SERVICE

I'm allowed to decline any commission without explanation, so please don't send the money before I accept your request.

Commissions may take 1 week to 4 weeks to complete depending on my available time. In the worst case, it can take up to 2 months.

Please be polite. Rude behavior will not be tolerated.

Commissioning me ≠ Friendship. Lets keep things professional.

I will not accept commissions with no visual references.

All commission must be paid in FULL upfront. I will not begin your commission until payment is received in full.

Only pay after I confirm your commission. Any payment before will be considered a donation

I only accept Paypal payments. (only USD and DOP). You can send payment after I send you an invoice.

If the desing is too dificult/complex, the price might be increased (I'll let you know).

If you would like me to finish the drawing under a schedule you will have to pay extra charge.

You are entitled to 5 revisions. After this, each change will cost an extra 5USD. Please be as specific as possible with your request.

If payed through Paypal Invoice, Buyer must make up the 5,4% (processing) + USD$0.30 (transaction) Paypal fees.

I will inform you whether you got the slot or have to be waitlisted.

We will talk over the details about your commissions to confirm pricing.

I will send you an invoice and you need to pay 100% upfront via Paypal.

I will ask for a reference of each character you want me to draw. Clear and complete image references are highly recommended and appreciated.

Unlimited revisions during sketching phase. No revisions afterwards.

I will send updates on the sketch, lineart, flat colors, and rendering. Please be upfront when something is bothering you as no revisions are allowed after confirmation of the final sketch.

Please attempt to reply to my updates a timely manner. No progress will be made if the client does not respond or confirm my updates.

Final product will be sent through email

You are commissioning me to draw in my style, do not ask me to replicate another.

I will transfigure colors to my default color palette/choice (up-saturate, slight hue change, etc) unless explicitly told otherwise.

Please note, that I am still learning about color theory and dynamic compisition. Feel free to ask me any questions.

After the commission is done, if you notice I've made any mistakes on the character's design (this is why clear references are important) you're allowed to ask me to do minimal corrections.

I apologize if you are not happy with your commission after completion; But I do not offer refunds as the piece required a lot of input on my end.

You’re allowed to ask for a WIP (work in progress shot) at any time of the process. Please give me at least a few days before asking for the first WIP.

Most terms after this point are flexible. They'll act as default rules but I am willing to come to an agreement with the commissioner's own terms if they're previously discussed with me.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions, I will be attentive to your messages and will respond as soon as possible.

If the money has not been sent yet, you can cancel the commission request at any time and without an explanation.

You initially have no right to demand a refund under any circumstances after the payment is received. Please, refrain from chargebacking before coming to an agreement with me beforehand.

I DO NOT make refunds once the sketch has started.

I DO NOT generally make refunds once paid.

Commissions are for personal use only! (As decoration on a web page, pfp, header, etc.). You can upload it to the internet but you must give credits.

You, the commissioner is NOT allowed to: Take credit for the artwork; use the artwork for commercial use (Unless you purchase commercial rights); and (alter the artwork in any way without my consent.

Buyer does not have the right to mint/sell commission as NFT or submission to AI database; violation will result in blacklist from my commissions.

I have the right to use the commission for promotional purposes (commission samples, quick paintings) unless I want the commission to be non-public.

You can publish the commission, but don't forget to put the corresponding credits.
